Stalker Portal (also known as Ministra) is an IPTV middleware used by many providers. Here's how to set it up in MyIPTV.
What Is Stalker Portal?
Stalker Portal is a server-side platform that IPTV providers use to manage their content and subscribers. Unlike Xtream Codes (which uses username/password), Stalker Portal authenticates devices using their MAC address.
What You'll Need
From your provider: - Portal URL (e.g., http://portal.example.com/c/) - MAC address — Your provider assigns or accepts a specific MAC address
Setup in MyIPTV
1. Add a New Provider
Go to Settings → Providers → Add Provider and select Stalker Portal.
2. Enter Portal Details
- Portal URL — Enter the full URL including the path (usually ending in /c/)
- MAC address — Enter the MAC address registered with your provider (format: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX)
3. Connect
Tap Test Connection. MyIPTV will: - Authenticate with the portal - Fetch your channel list - Load EPG data if available
Tips for Best Experience
- MAC format matters — Use the exact format your provider specifies (with colons)
- EPG may load separately — Some Stalker portals provide EPG data after a short delay
- Channel categories — Content is organized by the categories your provider has set up
- Keep the portal URL exact — Including trailing slashes matters
Troubleshooting
"Authentication failed": - Verify your MAC address matches what your provider registered - Contact your provider to confirm your subscription is active
Channels load but won't play: - Some Stalker providers use stream formats that require VLC. MyIPTV automatically falls back to VLC when needed.
